  Legislative Requirements  
 
  DESCRIPTION  
  Legislative Requirements is defined in AS 4300-1995 to include:

(a) Acts, ordinances, regulations, by-laws, orders, awards and proclamations of the Commonwealth or the State or Territory in which the work under the Contract or any part thereof is being carried out;

(b) certificates, licences, consents, permits, approvals and requirements of organisations having jurisdiction in connection with the carrying out of the work under the Contract; and

(c) fees and charges payable in connection with the foregoing.

The definition in the relevant Contract should be considered and amended if necessary for the specific project.
