	Head Contract
	DESCRIPTION
	A contract by which the Contractor undertakes the entire obligation for construction of the project. The Contractor then engages Subcontractors to carry out aspects of the construction process and coordinates the Subcontractors to ensure their compliance with the Head Contract.
