	DESCRIPTION
	Those practices, methods and acts engaged in or approved by a person who, in the conduct of undertaking services similar to the Services, exercises that degree of diligence, prudence and foresight reasonably and ordinarily exercised by skilled experienced persons engaged in the same type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances and conditions to conduct that undertaking lawfully, reliably and safely.
