	Supervision Plan (Scheme)
	DESCRIPTION
	The scheme established under the Buildings Ordinance (Cap 123) requiring building professionals and contractors to submit 'supervision plans' to clearly define the tasks and responsibilities of various parties on construction sites, with the aim of ensuring and managing construction site safety in a responsible and safe manner. Such a plan needs to be prepared in compliance with technical memoranda issued under section 39A of the Buildings Ordinance.
