	DESCRIPTION
	These are the main supervisory and administrative employees engaged by a contractor to undertake a project. They are considered integral to a project's success and are usually specifically listed in the construction contract. A standard key personnel provision will dictate that the replacement or substitution of key personnel is subject to the employer's prior written approval.
