	DESCRIPTION
	Dispute Resolution Advisors or 'DRAs' were piloted by the Architectural Services Department of Hong Kong in the early 1990s as a non-binding form of alternative dispute resolution. The process involves the appointment of a DRA (a neutral third party) at the outset of a project to assist in resolving disputes as they arise.
