	DESCRIPTION
	Areas designated under the Town Planning Ordinance (Cap. 131) for permitted development. A Town Planning Board prepares systematic plans aimed at promoting the health, safety, convenience and general welfare of the community. The plans concern building, engineering, mining or other operations in, on, over or under land, or making a material change in the use of land or buildings.
