	DESCRIPTION
	Legislation relating to conveyancing and the law of property. The CPO sets out provisions concerning standard agreements and deeds relating to land (and other similar agreements) and provides for the acquisition and holding of land and other property. It implies certain covenants and other provisions into those agreements and deeds. It revises and consolidates certain miscellaneous provisions relating to land and other matters.
