	DESCRIPTION
	A document affecting title to land. It is evidence that a grantee has satisfied the conditions precedent to the deemed issue of a government lease and the conversion of the equitable interest to a legal estate. It also shows that the building covenant in the Conditions of Sale has been fulfilled and, where required, car parks laid out in accordance with those Conditions.
