	DESCRIPTION
	A form of tender that does not comply with the requirements set out in the tender documents, and instead offers an alternative or non-conforming proposal for approval by an employer. The conditions of tender dictate whether an alternative tender must be considered or disregarded by an employer in assessing the tenders received.
